Designer José Levy has combined French tradition and modern concepts in new Parisian brasserie Les Cloches. Designed to be eye-catching to passersby, its black exterior canopies are illuminated with neon lighting. Once inside, the ceiling is layered with gold, the flooring features optical patterning, mirrored arches line the walls, and transparent tableware decorates the oak tables.
